Star Beach Spring Break Test Program
- In association with Macy's partner agencies, DMI developed an incentive program to encourage students to sign up for Macy's loyalty program and enter their Spring Break destination sweepstakes
- Held in mid-winter, ten "warming huts" were stationed on college campuses throughout the Chicago area to invite students to the main event at Macy's flagship store on State Street in Chicago
- In addition to a break from the cold, the State Street store event provided music from an up-and-coming band, free food, great discounts, and a sweepstakes to win a trip to a sunny spring break destination
- Generated a 200%+ increase in same day sales at the Macy‘s State Street store in Chicago
- Over 5,000 students opted-in for text messaging and email programs
